There were only 2 RISTON'S recorded as serving in the Revolutionary War.

 

ZADOCK RISTON ....  a Private with the Maryland Line
               
In the Rev. Records:  RISTON,  Zadock, late of Prince
                     Georges Co., paid balance due at death to Benjamin
                     RESTON [sic] and Cassandra KING, the only children
                     of Zadock - 1838.

 

WILLIAM RISTON .... a Private with the 5th Regiment
                                            New York
