Stover of Pax, Ordie Stover of Warren, MI.; sister
Easter (Ferguson of Dunfries VA). Her husband had
died along with sons Paul Anthony and Mitchell
Dean.
WILLIAMS, Blanche "Jo" age 71 of Beckley,
WVA b. 7 July 1928 in Clear Creek and died on
12 Sept 1999. Her father was Wayman WRISTON
and her mother was Belle Stover WRISTON. Her
husband was Clarence Williams. She had a brother
Tracey WRISTON and nephews Hurl WRISTON
of Hot Springs, VA., Ronald WRISTON of
Hugheston, Arnold WRISTON of Lackin, and
Kelley WRISTON of Clear Creek. She is buried
in the Stover Cemetery at Burrell's Ranch.
WRISTON, Barney age 62 b. 15 Mar 1937 in Clear
Creek and died 12 Sept 1999. His father was Lundy
P. WRISTON and his mother was Gladys Evelyn
Williams. He had a sister named Reda WRISTON
and a brother Alton WRISTON of NC. His wife
was Eileen Simcox of Lockhaven, PA. He was
buried at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
SCHOTT, Rev. Elsie W. age 84 b. 12 Apr 1915
and died 24 Aug 1999 in Fayetteville. Her father
was K.T. O'NEAL and her mother was Elizabeth
WRISTON O'Neal. Her brothers were Wheeler
O'Neal, Rufus, and Chic. Her sisters were Clara
(Stafford), Alma O'Neal, and Lena (Carter)
STOVER, Joseph Noah Jr. age 65 b. 12 May 1930
in Kingston died 18 July 1999 in Beckley. His
mother was Dottie WRISTON Stover and his father
was Joseph N. Stover Sr. Mr. Stover was a coal-
miner and was buried in the High Lawn Memorial
Park Mausoleum.
REED, Brian M. age 37 b. 12 Jan 1962 and died
on 27 Nov 1999 in Beckley. His father is Dwight
Reed and his mother is Wilma WRISTON of
Stanaford. His grandfather was Wilbur WRISTON
and his grandmother was Olive WRISTON. Also
related to Brian are Darin, Joey, Jimmy, Michael,
Robert, Johnny, Roger, Rick, Bob, and Denvil
WRISTON. His will be buried is the WRISTON
family Cemetery at Maple Fork Rd., Maple Fork,
WVA.
WRISTON, Patty Jo (nee McCLAUGHERTY) age
53 b. 25 Apr 1946 in Rich Creek, VA died on 21
Dec 1999. She was married to Robert Denvil
"Dennie" WRISTON. Her sons are Robert
"Robbie" Denvil WRISTON Jr., Darren Jennings
WRISTON (wife Dena), Joey Nadale WRISTON;
daughters Tina Sue (Wilson), Elizabeth Dawn
(Wingrove), Sheena Lynn, and Billie Jo.

8 Apr 1978. Her mother was Nonia Fay b. 22 Nov

GOLDIE WRISTON ~ Mossy, WVA
age 76 died 5 Feb 1998 at Plateau Medical Center
following an apparent heart attack. Born Nov. 3,
1921 at Mossy, she was the daughter of the late
Charlie L., and Velva Mae Kincaid BLAKE. Mrs.
Wriston was a homemaker and a member of the
Advent Christian Church, Mossy. She was
preceded in death by a son, Allen C. WRISTON and
a daughter, Ada M. WRISTON. Survivors include
her husband, Enoch C. WRISTON, three daughters
Wanda MILLER of Colombus, OH, Dorothy
ROBERTSON, of Oak Hill, Tara HUGES of Mossy;
two sons, Randy WRISTON of Oak Hill, Charlie
WRISTON of Mossy; three sisters, Dimple Fay
HOLLEY of Richmond, VA, Daisy L. MCSWEENEY
of Florida, Anna Lee COMPTON of Mossy; a
brother, William B. BLAKE of Mossy, 11 grand-
children and 9 great grandchildren. Services will
be help at 1 PM Monday at Tyree Funeral Home
Chapel, Oak Hill with the Rev. Bill Menefee officia-
ting. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial
Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call 6 PM to 9 PM at
the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as pall-

NADINE WRISTON ~ Maple Fork, WVA
Nadine WRISTON, 84, of Maple Fork, died Sunday
Nov. 22, 1998 at her home following a long illness.
Born April 24, 1914, at Maple Fork, she was the
daughter of the late Wilbur and Birdie BAILEY
WRISTON. Miss Wriston was retired from the
Richmond Dry Cleaning and Laundry and was of
the Baptist faith. Survivors include two sisters,
Garnet CRADDOCK and Edith TYREE, both of
Maple Fork; a brother and several nieces and
nephews. Services will be 2 PM Wednesday at
Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Mount Hope, with
the Rev. Harmon Davis officiating. Burial will
follow in the WRISTON FAMILY CEMETERY,
Maple Fork. Friends may call 6 PM - 9 PM today
at the funeral home. Arrangements by Tyree
Funeral Home, Mount Hope. (The Register-Herald

Mary Wriston, nee Mary Ushley STOVER,
was born
24 Oct 1908 in Mossey and died 18 March 1999 at age
90 in Beckely Hospital, Beckley, WVA. Her father was
Clark STOVER and her mother was Letha F.
BURNSIDE. She was a member of the Kilsyth Free
Baptist Church. Her husband was Clarence Edward
WRISTON. Her sons are Conard Raymond WRISTON
of Mossey, Douglas E. WRISTON of Chllicothe, OH.,
and daughters Mary Lorere (SHULMAKE) of Beards
Fork, Della Irene (COLEMAN) of Kilsythe, Rosemary
Madeline (WARD) of Scarbro, and Margaret Loretta
(JOHNSON) of Romeoville, Illinois. She leaves 17
grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 5 great great
grandchildren. She sill be buried in Blue Ridge Memorial
Gardens in Beckley, WVA.
